How do you ship your packages?

Packages from our warehouse in California  will be shipped by FedEx Ground Home Delivery with a flat rate of $15 for all the 48 states excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not at the moment.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States: allow between 2 to 10 business days for your orders to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please emails us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

International Shipping: Not at the moment.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My Tracking says "no information available"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.


Will my items be sent in one package?

Items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
